A staple of any Italian American dinner, Chicken Parmigiana is a dish I can recall wherever I am, no matter what I am doing at the time. It’s taste, smell and texture has been ingrained into my sub conscious. Whether its as a restaurant dish or a home cooked meal, the idea of Chicken Parmigiana is one that will not leave my memory anytime soon.
